Meet Sarah Tackett
Co-founder of Tackett Business Solutions, Sarah understands that businesses do not need theory, they need support from someone who has lived it.
Sarah has more than 20 years of business experience, including over 10 years in Human Resources, 7 years in Sales & Marketing, and over 15 years in Operations. Yes, some of those over lap, but in a growing business, one person rarely gets to wear just one hat! She is also SHRM certified.
Sarah is aware of the changes a business goes through while growing from 5 to 50 employees. She has worked within hospitality, real estate, fitness and the trades industries, understanding that HR, operations and revenue are closely connected. Outside of work, Sarah, along with her husband Steve, restore and race classic muscle cars. She understands the importance of starting with a good foundation, putting in the work, and building for longterm goals.
